I've only recently gotten back from a two-week Buddhist retreat. It was brilliant. What a way to start the year. It's difficult being back home in London, however. The noise, the dirt, the aggression of the people, the stress. I wish I were back in the clean, fresh air and peaceful environment of the Welsh hills.
